At the start they have a lots of 1 sec video clips of people doing different stunts from different angles,

They start off with a medium close up of the protagonist talking. they use a lot of long shots in the videos of the cyclists. they do this to get the audiences attention.

In the interviews while the protagonist is  talking they show video clips of the cyclist and what he does because it relates to what they are talking about.  during the interviews they have a medium close up and don't really change the shots much and they don't even pan in any of the interviews.  when the protagonist is talking about himself in first person they have close ups of his face and sometimes also extreme close ups of his eyes and such. when they show a new protagonist they start off by showing different angles such as shoes, watches, hats, other props, hands and other body parts like their eyes.
